Products which are in stock are typically shipped within 1-2 days. Certain products are made to order, including:
Stocks: Buttstocks without through bolt holes are typically ready within a week, while forearms and through bolt holes are done in batches about once a month.
Barrels: Unmilled barrel blanks can be shipped right away, but contoured blanks typically take 1-3 weeks. Barrel fitting is done in batches about once a month. If you have ordered a barrel not in stock (special twist rate, etc.) delivery times can be 6 months or longer depending on the manufacturer's backlog.
Rifles: We will include a delivery estimate with your quote, typically 4 - 6 months.
In most cases we will hold orders to ship all parts together unless the delay seems likely to be more than a couple of weeks. Let us know if you'd rather have individual shipments.
International Shipments
In most cases we can ship parts directly to you, but you will be responsible for any permits and customs within your country. We cannot ship rifles, barrels and certain other parts which require US export license and permit. Please contact us if you would like a referral to an exporter who can handle the paperwork and international shipping for you.
Returns
Products which are made to order such as rifles, contoured barrels and stocks are generally NOT returnable. In case of a defect, every attempt will be made to repair or replace the item. If we choose to accept the return of an item without defect there will be a restocking charge which reflects the likelihood of selling the item and that restocking charge could be as much as 100% of the cost. You must contact us before returning a product to determine whether it is eligible for a refund.
Products which are sold off-the shelf without modification such as small parts will generally be accepted for return as long as they are returned in the same condition they were shipped.
We will refund shipping charges only in the case of a defective product.
